Our Methodology

We believe in complete transparency. Here's exactly how we calculate and verify every statistic we share.

96% Success Rate

What it means: 96% of CVs optimized through our platform successfully pass initial ATS screening filters for Saudi Giga-projects (NEOM, Aramco, PIF) on the first submission.

How we calculate it:

  • Sample size: Based on analysis of 10,000+ CVs optimized for Saudi positions between January 2025 and March 2026
  • Success definition: A CV is considered "successful" when it achieves an ATS compatibility score of 85+ out of 100 and receives at least one recruiter view within 14 days of submission
  • Tracking method: We track ATS scores generated by our optimization engine and correlate with user-reported interview invitation rates
  • Verification: Cross-referenced with anonymized application outcome data from 2,500+ users who voluntarily shared their results

Limitations:

Success rate measures ATS compatibility, not final hiring outcomes. Individual results vary based on candidate qualifications, job market conditions, and competition levels. This metric does not guarantee interview invitations or job offers.

50,000+ KSA-Specific LSI Keywords

What it means: Our proprietary database contains over 50,000 Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) keywords specifically relevant to the Saudi Arabian job market.

How we built it:

  • Source data: Extracted from 25,000+ real job descriptions posted on Saudi job boards, company career pages, and government portals between 2024-2026
  • Categorization: Keywords are organized by sector (Energy, Tourism, Finance, Giga-Projects), certification type (SCE, SOCPA, SCFHS), and ATS platform (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle ATS, Sirati, EVA-REC)
  • Validation: Each keyword is verified against actual job postings and ranked by frequency of appearance in successful CVs
  • Updates: Database is refreshed monthly with new job descriptions to capture evolving Vision 2030 requirements

What's included:

  • Technical skills and software proficiencies
  • Saudi-specific certifications and qualifications
  • Vision 2030 sector terminology
  • Industry-standard action verbs and achievement phrases
  • Bilingual Arabic-English keyword mappings
  • Nitaqat and Saudization compliance terms

10,000+ Professionals Served

What it means: Over 10,000 unique users have optimized their CVs through our platform for Saudi Arabian job applications as of April 2026.

How we count:

  • Unique users: Counted by verified email accounts, not total CV optimizations (one user may optimize multiple CVs)
  • Time period: Cumulative count from platform launch in January 2024 through April 2026
  • Active users: Approximately 65% are active within the last 90 days
  • Geographic focus: 78% of users are targeting positions in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, NEOM, Dhahran)

How ATS Scores Are Calculated

Our ATS Score (0-100) measures how well your resume will perform against Applicant Tracking Systems used by Saudi employers.

Scoring breakdown:

  • Format & Structure (25 points): Clean layout, standard headings, proper file format, extractable text, no parsing-blocking elements
  • Keywords & Content (35 points): Skills section completeness, work experience detail, action verbs, quantifiable achievements, keyword density matching job description
  • Technical Requirements (20 points): File format compatibility, filename conventions, text encoding, no excessive formatting or tables
  • Professional Presentation (20 points): Summary quality, date consistency, spelling/grammar, content density, professional language, employment timeline clarity

Score interpretation:

  • 85-100: Excellent - High probability of passing ATS filters
  • 70-84: Good - May pass some ATS systems, optimization recommended
  • 50-69: Fair - Likely to be filtered by most ATS platforms
  • Below 50: Poor - High risk of ATS rejection
